EFOY Cloud Licence Types

The EFOY Cloud Basic provides ‘Read Only’ access to your fuel cell system. You can view real-time data, receive email alerts, and perform basic actions like resetting your EFOY—but full interaction with the unit is not available.

The EFOY Cloud Platinum provides full remote control of your fuel cell system. You can configure battery settings and fuel cartridges, access and export historical data, and delegate user permissions to other accounts. It also allows you to remotely restart the fuel cell and adjust operating parameters from anywhere.
