Fuel cells provide a reliable, off-grid power source for your camper van or mobile home. They are clean, quiet and require little regular maintenance. A fuel cell will switch on to automatically charge your onboard battery and switch off again once the charge is complete.
This gives you more than permanently fully charged power reserves. Your batteries will also last a lot longer because constant recharging protects them against a damaging exhaustive discharge.
DMFC (Direct Methanol Fuel Cell) technology
The most popular fuel cell for mobile homes use DMFC (Direct Methanol Fuel Cell) technology which transforms methanol directly into electrical current. That's a real advantage, especially for mobile applications, because liquid methanol is easy to transport anywhere in practical EFOY fuel cartridges.
