Static Hydrogen Refuelling
HyFlow
The HyFlow Dispenser from FCSL is a self-contained hydrogen refueller acting as the front end to a complete hydrogen refuelling station.
Specifically designed for use with HyFleet, with the capability to connect up to two HyFlow dispensers per unit. It can also operate as a standalone system in conjunction with an external control panel.
The HyFleet manages which hydrogen storage bank is
used to feed gas automatically to the HyFlow dispenser. It automatically switches between storage banks to maximise system efficiency.

What is Static Hydrogen Refuelling?
Static Hydrogen Refuelling refers to hydrogen refuelling stations that are fixed in one location, unlike mobile or modular refuelling units. These stations are typically installed at strategic locations such as public hydrogen refuelling stations, fleet depots and industrial sites.
They are designed to provide a reliable and continuous supply of hydrogen fuel to variety of hydrogen powered vehicles, including cars, buses, trains, and industrial machinery.

Meeting fleet managers’
operational needs
Fleet managers overseeing hydrogen-powered vehicles often face challenges like reducing downtime, ensuring operational safety and adapting to the growing size of their fleets. The HyFleet hydrogen refueller is specifically designed to address these concerns.
-
The HyFleet minimises refuelling times, reducing vehicle downtime and increasing overall fleet efficiency. For fleet managers operating in high-demand environments, this can make a substantial difference in daily operations.
-
As hydrogen-powered fleets grow, so does the demand for refuelling infrastructure. The modular design of HyFleet allows businesses to scale their refuelling capabilities without requiring substantial reinvestments in new infrastructure.
-
Remote monitoring and control features provides fleet managers with real-time data on refuelling operations. This information can be used to optimise refuelling schedules, monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the hydrogen refuelling system.
HyHaul
HyFleet is a UK factory built, series production refuelling system, designed by our team of engineers in West Berkshire to support the scale and reliability demands of heavy-duty vehicle operations.
It builds on the success of our HyQube system, a smaller, modular unit that has been deployed across the UK and Europe since 2019 for vehicle trials and small fleet use. It is tried and tested technology, and we’re proud to take it to the next level through this industry first project with HyHAUL Mobility.
Real World Case Studies
FCSL hydrogen refuelling technologies have been utilised by a broad range of customers to deliver reliable refuelling for vehicle trials and small scale fleet requirements.
Customers include Toyota, South Derbyshire District Council and Wales and West Utilities
