Fuel Cell Systems voted ‘Best Fuel Cell Company 2016’

Fuel Cell Systems Ltd (FCSL) has been announced as ‘Best Fuel Cell Company – UK’ by Global Energy News Magazine, as part of its Clean Energy Awards 2016.  The awards have been designed to recognise and reward those who are working to support the development and implementation of clean energy solutions.

Fuel cells provide an off-grid power source which is quiet, emission-free and can operate entirely independently of human intervention for long periods.  FCSL has been applying fuel cells to real life tasks since 2003 and has accumulated expertise across all available technologies. This has resulted in the company being asked to consult on a range of projects from low power off-grid to multi-megawatt city wide local generation.

As the world gets to grips with the realities of global warming and consumers become more conscious about helping the planet, clean energy has been thrust into the limelight. Companies are under increasing pressure to utilise more clean, renewable energy sources and as such are turning to the firms, consultants and experts across the clean energy market who are committed to supporting this energy revolution.

Tom Sperrey, Managing Director of Fuel Cell Systems commented: “We are delighted to receive this award in recognition of the ongoing work we are doing in the fuel cell market.  As Europe’s go-to supplier of fuel cell consultancy, system integration and products, we can offer a high degree of technical expertise and thought leadership in this important growth area.”
