About Us

Fuel Cell Systems Limited was formed in 2010 as a subsidiary of UPS Systems plc, the power technology provider. It benefits from many of the same management team that have been implementing the highest quality  standby power systems for UK and European corporates since 1993.

We have also benefitted from the R&D and development work put into fuel cell projects by the parent company since UPS Systems installed the UK’s first fuel cell standby power system for the support of a live IT network in it’s own offices in 2006. Since then we have provided, installed and continue to support a very wide-ranging portfolio of fuel cell applications. Now, the company also provides installation support for other major names in the UK fuel cell industry as well as maintaining a dedicated team who advise and support smaller users and consumers in their use of fuel cell technologies.
